Looking for some inspiration? Here are some of our favourite travel bloggers that you should follow this year!
Last year we wrote about our favourite bloggers for 2016, so it only seemed fair that we did another roundup with our favourite bloggers this year!
We absolutely love the blogging community and every year we come across some truly inspirational bloggers and photographers who are absolutely on top of their game.
There are so many places we want to travel to and explore, and the first place we turn to for advice and inspiration is these guys. These are the ones who give us huge wanderlust – hopefully they will for you too!
This year we’ve only selected new bloggers who we’ve met in the last 12 months (as opposed to last year’s mixed variety), but these are some our favourite travel bloggers that you should follow this year.
We met Mark and Mim at WTM (the World Travel Market) last November and we instantly hit it off over a few beers and our mutual love for the TV show Departures.
Mark and Mim are an Aussie couple who make up The Common Wanderer, and it’s rare to meet two people who are so passionate about travelling and photography. Their site is super clean packed full of information and their photography is sublime. Hopefully we’ll get to wander with these guys at some point this year!

It may seem like we’ve got something for couples this year, but another couple who we absolutely adore is Andrew and Emily from Along Dusty Roads.
We’ve known of Along Dusty Roads for a while now, but it was only when we met Andrew on a street art tour of London (and his partner Emily a few days after) that we really started looking at their content and we were blown away with how good it was. Again, their photography really stands out from the crowd, but we love how down to earth these two are.

Nicola is a 20-something traveller who’s been taking Instagram by storm this past year amassing over 160K followers along the way.
A professional photographer by trade, Nicola set up Polkadot Passport a couple of years ago and since then there’s been travelling the world bring you beautiful photos from one destination at a time. Just be wary of straying onto her Instagram feed – you could easily lose hours there (as we have!)

We met Jon from Adventure in You on the Indonesian Trip of Wonders press trip in September and the bromance was born – this is a guy who really knows how to live life to the full!
Jon is one of the guys running Adventure in You, a travel blog / company looking at brining you the most adventurous things you can do from around the world. Adventure in You is one of those sites where you just want to do something incredibly stupid like chuck yourself out of a plane (you can tell why it’s our kind of site…)

We met Dan from Dan Fly Solo at a Skyscanner event only last month but we immediately loved his take on travelling.
This year Dan is completely outsourcing his life. Every month his readers can vote for a different thing for Dan to do, and whatever gets the most votes then Dan has to do it. On New Year’s Even Dan boarded a flight to New Zealand just because you told him to. How cool is that!? Whatever happens, Dan is definitely one to follow this year!
