Yes, Montenegro is like Croatia without the crowds, but in Zabljak they’ve got some world class hiking too. Also, some of the little port towns are so quiet and relaxed it’s easy to lose more than a few days in them. And in Kotor, they’ve got one of the real jewels along the Adriatic coast. Yes, Montenegro is like Croatia without the crowds, and that’s just one of the reasons we love it so much.
